Refund Policy

Every paid product in the Ander Company marketplace comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not what you wanted, ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to show that the product is faulty.

This applies to the Ultralearning Kit and to every paid product we add.

• Email Hello@andercompany.com from the address on your Ander Company account, with the product name and your Paddle order or receipt number if you have it.
• Or use the link in your Paddle receipt to start a refund request with Paddle directly. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your order.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, and include the tax charged on the order. After the refund is approved, banks and card issuers typically take 5 to 10 business days to show it, and sometimes longer.

We cannot refund to a different card, account or person than the one that paid.

When a refund is issued, your licence to the product ends and we may remove the access link. Please delete or stop using any copies you made.

After the 14 days we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will still make it right if a product is materially not as described, is not delivered, or is withdrawn by us, and your statutory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

Teaktree is free during open beta and the Financial Assessment Toolkit is free, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce a paid Teaktree plan, its refund terms will be shown before you subscribe.

If something is wrong with a charge, please email us before contacting your bank. A refund through us or Paddle is faster and keeps your account in good standing.
