ANDER_CO // HOW WE MAKE MONEY
How we make money.
Not one product — a flywheel. Content funds reach, reach funds product, product funds the next thing.
// The flywheel
Video and shortform content capture attention and route it into an email list. The newsletter — Self Strong Finance Org — turns investment ideas into concrete actions for readers, and doubles as the research pipeline for a course.
The course and community convert that audience into revenue, and feed back into the content itself — real questions from real members become the next video, the next newsletter, the next thing worth publishing.
That revenue, and the research that comes out of it, fund the product side of the business.
Teaktree is the first product — the financial operating system for couples. 10E12 takes the investment ideas and capital generated by the ecosystem and puts them to work. Thewillander (Family SSO Office) uses the same coordination infrastructure to manage multi-generational family wealth. Merantau is the network layer — built from the founder's own record and media leverage — that promotes Teaktree as a survival kit for the people in it. Navarine extends the community and e-learning layer downstream.
Capital and ideas move in both directions: 10E12 and Thewillander fund and use the product infrastructure; the product and content ecosystem feed them ideas and reach in return.
// How we decide to spend
Leverage time
Outsourcing or automating whatever doesn't need the founder's direct hand, so time is spent where it's irreplaceable.
Improve the founder
Investment in the mind, body, and vocation of the person carrying the company — because a solo founder's ceiling is the company's ceiling.
Push toward revenue
Anything that directly moves a lead, a signup, or a paying customer forward. Everything else is deferred.
Anything that doesn't fit one of the three gets rejected, regardless of how normal the expense looks from the outside.
// Where this is headed
Couples first, because it's the highest-stakes coordination problem most people face. Families next. The long game is multi-generational wealth infrastructure — the same coordination layer, serving the family office and private wealth market.
